Ognjen Bagatin

Ognjen Bagatin is a serial entrepreneur, manager, and entrepreneurial influencer. He is a co-owner and director of Polyclinic Sinteza, as well as the company Futura Partners, which invests in small and medium-sized enterprises with significant export potential. Ognjen is also a co-owner of Polyclinic Bagatin and the Entrepreneur Media Platform.

After completing his MBA studies at Cotrugli, he joined the presidency of the MBA Croatia Association, bringing together MBA alumni from over 15 different MBA programs.

With years of experience leading sports teams and clubs as a coach, Ognjen Bagatin strives to imbue a team spirit, unity, and proper values into the corporate culture of each of his companies as a leader. Additionally, Ognjen is a consultant for around 20 clinics in Europe (Czech Republic, Poland, Estonia, Bulgaria, Romania, etc.) and in Croatia, specializing in medical management and health tourism. He is actively involved in several Executive Boards and Councils related to the development of health tourism in Croatia, recognizing its significant potential (Council for Medical Tourism at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, Executive Board for Health at the Croatian Employers’ Association, etc.). He serves on the advisory board of Romania’s largest clinic for aesthetic surgery and aesthetic medicine – Cronos Med.

Utilizing his extensive knowledge and experience in numerous entrepreneurial projects, Ognjen actively promotes entrepreneurship through various initiatives via the Entrepreneur Media Platform. This includes publishing magazines, launching the portal Poduzetnik.biz, organizing conferences such as “Entrepreneurial Mindset,” and more. The goal of the Entrepreneur Media Platform is to position entrepreneurs as leaders in society, aligning with Ognjen Bagatin’s life mission.
