Vedrana Sobotinčić

I was born in Croatia, and now living in Zagreb for almost 7 years with my husband. I enjoy travelling and throughout my career I lived and worked in countries such as Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Belgium, The Philippines, Serbia.. I love a good challenge that broadens my knowledge and skills, that evokes emotions of excitement and love, travelling does that for me. I joined Diageo 2 years ago as Customer Marketing Manager and later moved to Customer Marketing Head and now in the Innovation team.

Right after my studies I joined the travelling circus of Formula 1 and for 3 years travelled around the globe with them, after that exploring the world of online trading and media, and finally ending up back home in Philip Morris in various commercial and marketing roles in Philip Morris, what I am most proud of is being part of company’s transformation, moving from FMCG to tech industry, transforming internally and externally. My role as Design Thinking and Agile Builder was to drive a project-based organization with an agile mindset. I am proud of what I do, and I would always choose this path. I love where I am now, and Diageo helps me to achieve that.
