Dora Koretić

A journalist covering consumer protection and tourism subjects and an author of a weekly column The Big Stingy that deals with subjects of personal finance, financial independance, spending and other consumer topics. The written format has recently been upgraded with short video stories that have become very popular and shared through social media.

Employed in Jutarnji list, Hanza Media since 2004., with a five year gap during which I wrote for our weekly magazine Globus. The winner of a European Journalist Awards on Diversity in 2016. for an article promoting diversity and combatting discrimination.

The winner of prize SoMo Borac in 2023. for my project Velika Škrtica in category of storytelling.
