Nataša Novaković has spent the last five years as president of the Commission for Deciding on Conflict of Interest, and after the end of her mandate, she returned to the Croatian Employers’ Association and is now for a year in the position of Director for ESG. Her current responsibilities include all topics that touch on employers in the context of the environmental, social, and governing factors of their business.

Before her official position, Nataša worked for twelve years at the CEA as Director for HR and the Labor Market and led the UN initiative for corporate social responsibility Global compact network Croatia. In addition, she covered other important topics such as corporate social responsibility, employee development and especially gender equality.

She has been dealing with the topic of women in the labor market, women in management positions and gender equality issues and policies in general for over 10 years both within the business environment and in private life, so she is a member of the executive board of the Croatian Association of Women in the Legal Profession and one of the founders of the SEE Women Leaders Forum. She graduated from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb, a multidisciplinary specialist studying in Advanced Master of European Studies at the Faculty of Political Science in Zagreb and an Executive MBA at ZSEM.
