Martina Bajs Čirjak is in the business of developing people and organizations for more than 20 years. For more than 15 years she worked as HR manager in different companijes, and today she is an entrepreneur helping individuals and organizations achieving their development goals. She is an expert in leadership development, building corporate culture, strategic change management and organizational development.

Martina has an MA in Psychology from University of Zagreb, as well as MBA from Algebra/IGBS Zagreb and MSc in Strategic Management from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. She has an EMCC accreditation for coach/mentoring and is an educated user of numerous developmental assessment tools. She started her career in quality management and after that developed as an expert and a manager in HR field. She led HR teams in pharma and telekom industry and achieved recognition for numerous innovative HR practices regarding organizational development, leadership development, talent management, performance management and corporate culture. She gained very valuable experience in merger and acquisition projects as HR lead responsible for integration. The last corporate position she held was HR Director for A1 Hrvatska i Makedonija. In 2019. she started a new career chapter, a consulting one. She enjoys mentoring HR colleagues and consulting HR departments on implementing new processes. She delivers development assessment projects, holds leadership trainings and workshops and coaches managers and experts. Martina is always passionate about her work, and now especially since se has the opportunity to focus on leadership and talent management and support people and organizations in their development goals.
