Leader with 25 years of experience in insurance business. Last 20 years in Management Board, last 5 as CEO, working in Generali osiguranje and Wiener osiguranje. Led aqusitions and post-aqusition integrations with focus on people development and corporate culture. Working in green field, creating business from the zero and leading companie with 700 employees. Experienced in creating, building and motivating senior management teams both in good and in difficult times.
With BSc in Mathematics, starting career as actaury and during the years made a move from figures and calculation to people and leadership.
During career participating lots of conference, education, mentoring. Always looking for improving knowledge, finishing Strategy Execution in Harvard Business School and Women in Business in London Business school.
She was elected as Manager of the year for 2020 by MBA Association and CROMA.
