Valentina Baus

Valentina Baus earned a master’s degree in journalism at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Zagreb, and joined Nova TV in 2016. In addition to her current role as a reporter, in 2021 she became a news anchor.

She started working at Nova TV as a student. Since joining the news program she has conducted numerous live reports from the field. Valentina mainly reports on social events and tourism. During the pandemic, she intensively monitored the health situation around the country. She regularly participates as a presenter of special shows on Nova TV, and from March 2021 she has worked as a news anchor. In December of the same year, she made her debut as the lead anchor of the evening news together with her colleague Dino Goleš. She is currently completing her doctoral studies at the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb.
