Mirta Fraisman Čobanov, graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb in 2001, majoring in finance. In 2004, she obtained an “Executive Certificate” diploma as part of the MBA studies at Henley Management College in London. She started her business career at KPMG and continued at HBOR, where she started an internal education project within the human resources department. Educates 12 internal trainers and successfully runs an internal training academy for five years. Due to the increasing interest in the direction of human resources development, in 2007 she began her education in Humanistic-Neurolinguistic Psychology, which she ended in 2009 by obtaining the title of trainer and coach of Humanistic Neurolinguistic Psychology at a study in Arizona, USA. In 2010, she founded the Partus education and counseling center, went to New York (USA), where she obtained the title of certified hypnotherapist, recognized by the American Board of Hypnotherapist. At the same time, Fraisman enrolled in a five-year study in the field of psychodrama, which she successfully completed and obtained the title of psychodrama psychotherapist. In 2011, at the EBWK Management School in Munich, she obtained a Management trainer & business coach certificate, and a year later she enrolled in a two-year study in the field of “Clinical Expressive Art Therapy”, which she successfully completed in 2014. From 2010 to 2013, every year she goes for supervision in the field of generative coaching to the famous American psychologist and psychotherapist Dr. Stephen Gilligan, where she learns how to use the latest knowledge and models from the field of neuroscience in business, psychotherapy and coaching. She has more than 1,000 lectures and educational trainings in the field of business and personal growth and development, and more than 4,500 hours of individual work with clients. In 10 years, she led 26 groups through a one-year education in the field of New Code Leadership methodology, and a total of 304 certified NCL practitioners and NCL coaches graduated under her supervision. She also holds trainings abroad, where she held a leadership training for members of the General Electric company in New York City.
