Lada Tedeschi Fiorio

Lada Tedeschi Fiorio is a member of the management board at Atlantic Grupa and is responsible for the company’s strategy and growth through mergers and acquisitions, as well as through the development of new areas or products. Highlighting only the biggest development milestones in the Atlantic Grupa, it should be mentioned that Lada played an important role in the company’s initial public offering in 2007. She was active in the negotiations of Atlantic’s various purchase and sale processes, namely the purchase of Cedevita in 2001 and Droga Kolinska in 2010. It is certainly worth noting the corporate strategies that she created with her team in times of recent crises. And while Lada has been a leader in her field for over a decade, for the last four years she has been recognized as the most influential woman in Croatian business, according to the business weekly Lider.

Before her career at Atlantic, she gained business experience at Wrigley in Germany and Mars Food in the UK, the Netherlands, Poland and the UAE. She graduated with a degree in economics at Bocconi University in Milan, and completed her education at the London Business School.
