Anita Cvetić Oreščanin 

Anita Cvetić Oreščanin is a board member and one of the three co-founders of Poslovna inteligencija, an IT company focused on data, analytics, and artificial intelligence. Poslovna inteligencija stands out as one of the few IT companies in the broader region with a board composed of three women and maintaining gender parity at all levels of the workforce. In her role as a board member, Anita is responsible for finance, human resources, internal IT, and marketing. In 2019, Anita participated in the U.S. Department of State’s IVLP program: HiddenNoMore: Empowering Women Leaders in STEM. Together with Lidija Karaga and Dražen Oreščanin, she was a finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year program and is an alumna of the EY Winning Women program. She actively engages in supporting women’s entrepreneurship, particularly in the professional and leadership careers of women in the IT industry. Before joining Poslovna inteligencija, Anita built her expertise in CEMI, McDonald’s, and Zagrebačka banka in specialist and leadership positions. She holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. Recently, she became a jury member for the selection of the Entrepreneur of the Year by EY.
