Andreja Dobra

Andreja graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and began her career in the marketing department at A1, where she dealt with the development and implementation of new services. Although her studies and early career were focused on marketing, she took a new direction when she moved to a position that included strategic projects and close cooperation with A1 management. Today, she is the manager of the ESG program for A1 Hrvatska and A1 Macedonia and works on the transformation towards sustainability, with a focus on energy efficiency and digitalization. Andreja likes to point out that the telecom industry offers numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth and provides insight into future technological trends. However, the key to sustainability lies in quality interpersonal relationships built on trust.
