Ana Gruden

Ana has a degree in journalism and has worked as the editor-in-chief of Zaposlena magazine since 2001, and later the zaposlena.hr website.

During her long career, she has interviewed numerous successful women and focused on promoting gender equality and empowering and networking women. Ana also organizes the “Woman of the Year” competition, which has been recognizing successful female entrepreneurs since 1995. She also created the project “Mentoring as a form of networking among women”.

At the invitation of the EU Parliament and the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE), she prepared several reports on the topic of gender equality in Croatia.
