They don’t know the concept of working hours, they are used to unpredictability and every day being different. And while some may think they live an easy life, the reality is that behind each project are countless sleepless nights that go in to creating the content that make their company or client shine or survive a crisis with the least amount of damage. They deal with public and media relations, a profession in which almost 70% are women. Is it because women are naturally skilled communicators or are they simply more credible in conveying messages? Who does the public trust more and who are more fair when it comes to public relations, men or women? Discover the women whose core business is communication.

Today's odern society, more than ever, emphasizes the power of individuality and convinces us that all power, freedom of choice and the secret of success are in our hands. Is that really so? Do we really have unlimited choices and who influences our choices? And if we can do everything, why is apathy and burnout syndrome more pronounced in the era of neoliberalism? What kind of message does the fact that in a society overloaded with (negative) information send us, more and more often, we are not interested in the news and run away from the pressure of social media? `Sex is a vital part of human life, its purpose is not only procreation, its most important role is to give pleasure. The pleasure is immediately greater if we add to it sexual fantasies, of which an average person has around 40 in their lifetime. Although as a society we have progressed, sex is still quite taboo so many people today feel guilty and ashamed while fantasising and masturbating. ` It was thought for a long time that only men had fantasies; new research shows women are not far behind. Whether men and women experience sex differently and how we can talk and think about sex more openly are some of the questions Dr Nina Bašić Marković, a sexual therapist, will answer.

Despite the fact that 51% of the population goes through changes caused by the x chromosome and age, it is still a topic people dislike talking about. Why is menopause a taboo and why do we whisper when we talk about aging and what it brings? How do we continue living an equally dynamic life without pausing the menopause? All this and more will be discussed with successful women specialists in the field.

When psychologists Suzanne Imes and Pauline Rose Clance coined the term ‘imposter syndrome’ in the 70s, they noticed that very successful women often had it. Research shows that despite numerous professional achievements, women still put their success down to luck. Why can't we take credit for success? Why do we feel like we have to justify ourselves and why do women feel inadequate despite being in leading positions and successful at work?

More than 50 million people in the world create social media content daily and, in that way, take part in the new economy.
