Based on a 2019 survey, it was found that fewer than 19 percent of women occupied seats on the management boards of Croatian companies, with only 5.3 percent in state-owned enterprises.

Furthermore, women in equivalent positions were paid 17 percent less than their male counterparts. Yet, have advancements been made since then? This inquiry will be explored while presenting fresh research findings conducted by Deloitte and HUP, to be unveiled at the Women in Business panel discussion.
