Vedrana Miholić

Vedrana Miholić is the Chief Revenue Officer and Managing Director of the German office of CROZ, one of the leading regional IT companies specializing in enterprise software, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. As Chief Revenue Officer, she oversees revenue growth, key partnerships (IBM, Red Hat), market strategy, and European expansion across the Croatia–Germany corridor.

She holds a degree in mathematical engineering and began her career as a software developer, working on the development of software solutions.

Alongside her work in technology, she was among the co-founders of two important Croatian associations: RODA and Programerko.
