Tina Turk Lupieri

She is an experienced manager with a distinguished career in human resources, strategic development, and business transformation. She currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Maistra Hospitality Group, one of the leading tourism companies in the region.

Previously, from 2006 to 2009, she was an Executive Director at UniCredit Bank Slovenia, where she was responsible for segment and product management, marketing, and new product development. She also built her career in the consulting sector – from 2000 to 2006, she worked as a consultant at Deloitte CEE, leading projects in strategic and organizational development, business process reengineering, and sales across various industries. She gained additional international experience as a consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (1998–2000), participating in business reorganization projects in Budapest and Vienna.

She holds an MBA from IEDC Bled School of Management and completed the international Organizational Development and Mentoring program (ISOD) offered by Aspiria. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana.

With her extensive experience and strategic approach, she contributes to human capital development, organizational transformation, and the optimization of business processes.
