Tamara Perko

Tamara Perko has been the Director of the Croatian Banking Association since December 2022. Prior to that, she served as President of the Management Board of the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR). As President of HBOR, she was responsible, among other duties, for overseeing lending operations and asset management, including activities related to EU funds, international affairs, and export credit insurance, as well as for developing and implementing HBOR’s first Business Strategy for the 2020–2024 period.

Tamara Perko has more than 25 years of experience in banking, over 20 of which were spent in senior leadership positions. She has participated in and led some of the largest and most complex banking transactions in Croatia. Before joining HBOR in 2017, she held several executive roles at Zagrebačka banka d.d. – UniCredit.
