Renata Potočnik

Renata Potočnik started to develop her career in communications as a student in journalism and Croatian language and literature. By the time she got her diploma from the Faculty of Philosophy in Rijeka, she had already gained valuable experience in journalism and the media; a path she would remain on for almost 17 years. Later, she moved on to political public relations. She completed her graduate studies at the Edward Bernays University of Applied Sciences, where today she teaches and imparts her knowledge and experience in media. From journalist and radio editor to political PR, from an agency internship at Millenium Promotion to an independent career at the Idea Primo agency, her knowledge and skills are unmatched when it comes to public relations, media relations, communications management, crisis communication and branding. And while she actively participates in educating people in communications and media presentations, she herself is a doctoral candidate in communication studies at the University of Osijek.
