Nina Knežević

Nina Knežević is Senior Director – Global Business Development for Telecoms within Infobip’s Telecom Division, a global ICT company that enables businesses to communicate with their customers through its cloud platform. Originally founded as an SMS communication company, Infobip has grown into a high-tech enterprise offering a range of business communication solutions, including AI-powered services, and works with some of the world’s largest companies – Microsoft, Oracle, Meta, Uber, and many others. As Senior Director for Global Business Development, Nina is responsible for the commercial strategy for mobile operators, managing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth in the CPaaS segment (Communication Platform as a Service).

Nina brought to Infobip extensive telecom experience, from starting in technical roles to commercial positions in international business development, strategic account coordination, and managing international teams within a telecom group. Her experience at A1 Croatia and subsequently as part of A1 Austria Telekom Group enables her today to evangelize innovative products for the telecommunications industry, ranging from security solutions to multimedia communication services (RCS, next-generation SMS), as well as AI-powered services that help companies create generative AI-driven communication campaigns.
