Marijana Batinić

Marijana Batinić was born in 1981 in Split. In high school, she started volunteering at the local TV station, where she helped to create a satirical show that was later broadcast on HRT and Nova TV. In the meantime, she graduated from the Faculty of Law and the Callegari School of Fashion and Design.

After some early success, she hosted and edited a range of shows on the national broadcasting channel HRT. Marijana also worked as a radio host at Radio Dalmatia and as a producer and host on some of the first Croatian podcasts.

Marijana worked for one year at HRT’s informative program as an editor and presenter, after which she worked as a creative producer at the Serbian media company Emotion Production.

In 2011, she came to RTL, first as the host of a dating reality show, and then on a number of other projects, such as the international franchises ‘Big Brother’ and ‘Survivor’. For the past few years, she has hosted an award-winning weight loss reality show, and in 2022 a reality cooking show.

In addition to her television career, she is very popular on digital social networks. In 2016, Marijana decided to devote herself more to Instagram and in a short time became a recognizable lifestyle content creator (fashion, travel, interior design, beauty, motherhood and television) with over 270,000 followers and a further 170,000 on Facebook.

In addition, she also has her own fashion line IKona, in which she collaborates with Krie Design and Iva Gradišer.
