Marija Kulišić

Marija Kulišić is a curious and proactive business analyst at CROZ, focused on client collaboration and creating business value.

In her daily work, she initiates, designs, and facilitates AI workshops, helping clients identify solutions that best meet their business needs. Through her role at CROZ, she has gained experience working with large organizations in the energy sector, insurance, finance, and public administration, as well as with smaller teams and startups.

She holds a degree from FER, which provided her with a strong technical foundation, while her experience in international debate and European projects fostered a passion for facilitating workshops and panels.

Beyond client work, Marija is dedicated to education and promoting the adoption of AI solutions, both within her organization and in the broader community.
