Manuela Šola was born in 1978 in Bjelovar. After the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, she trained at the School for Personal and Organizational Development, the London School of Public Relations (LSPR) and the Cotrugla Business Academy. She founded one of today’s leading communication agencies in the region, the Communication Laboratory, in 2004.

She is an active member of a number of relevant professional and business associations, such as the Croatian Association of Employers, where she is the President of the Supervisory Board. She is the Vice president of the assembly of the Croatian Association of Marketing Communication Societies (HURA!) and a member of the Croatian Association for Public Relations. At the same time, she is a member of the board of Croma – the Croatian Association of Managers and Entrepreneurs. The communication laboratory under the leadership of Manuela Šola is one of the co-founders of the SEEnthesis regional network of agencies.

Šola was chosen as an ambassador of female entrepreneurship within the Female Entrepreneurship Ambassadors project. The Croatian Association of Managers – CROMA recognized her work and awarded her the Anton Nino Cerin award for the best young manager in 2009. Thanks to many years of experience in the industry, as part of the jury, he contributes to the quality of numerous domestic and international competitions.

The Communication Laboratory offers an integrated service of public relations, organization of events, communication on social networks, and a specialized service of simulation of crisis communication. He is the organizer of the internationally awarded author’s project Future Tense, a conference that brings together world futurists on the topic of shaping the future of business. The agency employs 23 experts, and the respectable list of clients includes world-leading companies such as Nestlé Adriatics, PlayStation, Visa, Glovo, Infinum, McDonald’s, De’Longhi and many others.
