Maja Crnjak

Maja Crnjak graduated Business Administration in Heidelberg and completed her MBA in London and Heidelberg. Her career started in 1997 at Ernst & Young Management Consulting, and since 2000 she has been working in telecom on various positions. In 2005, she joined Erste & Steiermärkische Bank d.d. as Human Resources Director where she still works today. During that period, she spent 2 years at Erste Group Bank AG in Vienna as Head of Competency and Performance Management, being responsible for establishing the performance management process for the entire Erste Group. In the meantime, she completed her Master of Science degree in human resources management at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and various development programs such as Top Executive Development Program and IESE Senior Leadership Development Program.
