Luka Matutinović is an experienced CMO with a strong background in the beauty-tech and luxury industries. Before joining LELO, he built his career in the beauty sector, holding marketing and product development roles at global leaders such as L’Oréal and Henkel, as well as serving as Head of Digital Solutions at FOREO. He currently works as Chief Marketing Officer for a leading sexual wellness brand, where he leads initiatives that further strengthen LELO’s position as a luxury brand and a global leader in design, innovation, and technology. Today, LELO is sold in more than 160 countries, employs around 300 people, and operates offices across international markets. The brand’s unique product portfolio now extends beyond personal massagers to include FemTech and FemCare products, condoms, and a range of complementary accessories. Drawing on his expertise in the beauty and lifestyle sectors, Luka focuses on removing stigma associated with the sex toy industry and bringing LELO closer to the mainstream consumer.
