Luisa Brumana

Luisa Brumana has been the Representative of UNICEF in Croatia since 2024, following her role as the Representative of UNICEF in Argentina. She also built her extensive international career as a regional health advisor for UNICEF’s Office for Latin America and the Caribbean, where she oversaw health, nutrition, WASH (water, sanitation, and hygiene), and HIV programs across the region. In addition, she facilitated partnerships between UNICEF and key development actors at both the regional and global levels. She holds a degree in medicine and a master’s degree in epidemiology.
