Lenka Hlinkova

Lenka Hlinkova comes from Slovakia where she graduated from Faculty of Economics and Business. She’s a social entrepreneur, published author, and DEI&B expert. She was voted the Female Role Model of the Year by the Central European Startup Awards in 2019.

After a 12-year-long successful career in the Technology field, she founded the Female Algorithm (Zensky algoritmus). This non-profit organization motivates girls and women to aim high and educates them to achieve their career ambitions in Technology and Management.

In 2022, Lenka and her team became the UNDP Boosts’ Women Innovators Programme grantees. The Women Innovators programme was launched in 2022 to leverage the power of innovation and technology to advance gender equality in the region.
