Lana Krunić

Lana Krunić is the founder and creative force behind Knedly, now one of the most recognizable dessert brands in the region. With a background in IT, she spent over a decade building her career in the banking sector, where she developed a strong foundation in organization, systems, and business thinking.

Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2016 with the opening of her first stuffed dumpling shop, originally launched under the name Ferdinand Knedle. After several years of growth and development, Lana made the bold decision to enter a new phase of the brand, transforming it into what is now known as Knedly—a modern, creative concept that blends tradition, contemporary design, and a strong emotional connection.

From a single store and a small team, Lana has built a network of nine locations and a team of over 60 employees. Today, Knedly is recognized as a brand that offers more than just dessert—it delivers experience, joy, and authenticity.

In her work, Lana places special emphasis on discipline, systems, teamwork, and personal responsibility, as well as the courage to start over when necessary.
