Ksenija Kardum is the director of the most watched news program in Croatia.

She graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences in Zagreb and has a PhD in Communication Studies from the University of Osijek. She attended a number of professional educations, and is a member of the Academy for Political Development. Ksenija has been working as a journalist since 1996 and has experience in print, radio, internet and television. She arrived at Nova TV in 2003, at the time of the launch of the news program. From 2003 to 2008, she worked as a reporter covering the government, parliament and the Office of the President, reporting on the most important political events in the country. In 2008, she became the daily editor of the Nova TV news program. In addition to daily news programming, she was the editor of a series of special projects for Nova TV. She has also been actively involved in the editing and development of the Dnevnik.hr website since its launch. In March 2015, Ksenija Kardum became the director of the Nova TV news program.
