Ivanka Mabić Gagić

Ivanka Mabić Gagić is the Managing Director of the Croatian branch of Aleph. Aleph is a leading global representative of the largest media platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, Spotify, Twitter, Tik Tok, Amazon, Pinterest, Reddit and Digital Turbine, which uses its own technology and expertise to build a digital ecosystem in which all advertisers have access to the advertising possibilities of digital platforms.

Ivanka joined Aleph Croatia in 2019 and implemented the global vision of Aleph on the local croatian market. Thanks to growth and results, Ivanka received the CROMA, Croatian Managers and Entrepreneur Association Award for Manager of the Year 2022 for medium-sized companies.

After graduating from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, she continuously improves her business management and leadership skills. She completed a number of international educations such as the Aleph Speaker Series Standford GSB Executive education, MIT, Presencing and Theory U, U.Lab, Transforming Business, Society and Self, School for Personal and Organizational Development, Facultas, an in-depth and comprehensive school of leadership, personal and organizational development and MBA at the IECD Bled School of Management.

As a lecturer, she is dedicated to sharing the best practices in the field of digital advertising and marketing and leadership development in domestic and foreign educational institutions.
