Ivanka Mabić Gagić

Ivanka Mabić Gagić is the Executive Director of the Croatian branch of Aleph, a global representative of leading media platforms such as Microsoft, Amazon, TikTok, Snapchat, Spotify, X (Twitter), Amazon, Pinterest, Reddit and Digital Turbine. Aleph builds a digital ecosystem through its proprietary technology and expertise, ensuring advertisers the access to digital platforms’ full potential.

Ivanka joined Aleph Croatia in 2019 with the goal of implementing Aleph’s global vision in the local market. This led to a successful restructuring and growth of the company, and in recognition of her achievements, she was awarded Manager of the Year for medium-sized enterprises in 2022 by the Croatian Association of Managers and Entrepreneurs (HUM – CROMA).

After graduating from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb, she has continuously advanced her skills in business management and leadership. Ivanka holds an MBA from IECD Bled School of Management and has completed the Facultas School for Personal and Organizational Development, an in-depth leadership and development program. Additionally, she has attended numerous international educational programs, including the Aleph Speaker Series at Stanford GSB Executive Education, MIT’s Presencing and Theory U, U.Lab’s Transforming Business, Society, and Self, and the Academy of Executive Coaching in London. She also completed training at the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, becoming an executive coach and a mindfulness- and neuroscience-based emotional intelligence leadership trainer.

Ivanka Mabić Gagić is one of the co-founders of the LEAD.YOU Association. As a lecturer, she is dedicated to sharing best practices in business development, marketing, awareness, and leadership development—both personal and organizational—at domestic and international educational institutions.
