Ivana Tlak Gajger

Professor Ivana Tlak Gajger is a faculty member at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Zagreb and an internationally recognized scientist. She actively collaborates with beekeepers and policymakers, developing science-based models for bee protection and biodiversity conservation. She is a recipient of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts (HAZU) Award for Outstanding Scientific Achievements and has been ranked among the top 2% most influential scientists worldwide for three consecutive years, according to Stanford University research. By founding the Educational and Archival Beekeeping Station, she has further contributed to raising awareness about bee protection.
