Ivana Drlje

Ivana Drlje holds a Master’s degree in Financial and Business Mathematics and is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).

Over the course of 15 years in capital markets and banking sector, primarily in risk management, she has led various market, liquidity, and credit risk teams. She began her career at InterCapital, Croatia’s leading asset management company and investment firm for brokerage and custody services, where she rapidly advanced to the role of Group Risk Manager. In 2016, she joined the UniCredit Group, taking on the role of Head of Market Risk at Zagrebačka banka. In early 2019, she progressed to a group strategic role at UniCredit Holding in Milan, where she was overseeing key regulatory and strategic priorities for Central and Eastern European countries, with a focus on financial risk management and credit risk underwriting. In 2022, she advanced to Executive Director of the Strategic, Credit and Integrated Risks Division at Zagrebačka banka.

In 2024, she returned to InterCapital Group, where she had originally started her career. Today, as CEO of InterCapital Digital Wealth Management, she focuses on managing the assets of private clients and on the development of Genius by InterCapital, the first Croatian robo‑advisory application that modernizes and democratizes access to professional asset management.
