Ines Najvirt, Head of the UEFA President’s Office, works in the field of European football governance and is responsible for strategic coordination and institutional relations. As Chair of UEFA’s Gender Equality Working Group, she contributes to the development of initiatives aimed at promoting diversity and equal opportunities within the organization.

Before joining UEFA, she worked as a partner at the law firm Čeferin, where she gained extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance, and mediation. Her legal background and many years of work on complex projects shape her approach to decision-making and international cooperation. Her ability to navigate demanding, predominantly male environments has made her a strong advocate for transparency and inclusive decision-making.

Outside her professional role, Ines is a dedicated and passionate endurance athlete. She has completed around 15 full Ironman races and has qualified four times for the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii, which strongly influences her perspective on discipline, resilience, and long-term development.

At the Women’s Weekend 2026, she will speak about her experiences working in international sports institutions and about the role of diversity, ethics, and female leadership in the future of sport.
