Henrietta Laklija Hanzl is the Director of Offer Management within INA’s retail network, where she leads the development and management of fuel and non-fuel categories. She is responsible for the overall category strategy, the development of new categories, pricing policies, and collaboration with key suppliers, with a strong focus on revenue growth and profitability of a portfolio valued at over €2.5 billion. With more than 20 years of experience in retail, procurement, and category management, Henrietta has held senior leadership roles throughout her career at INA, and has also gained valuable experience at Konzum and Mercator. Across these systems, she successfully led large teams, developed sustainable category strategies, and improved operational efficiency.

She is recognized for her strong strategic thinking, data-driven analytical approach, and her ability to translate business strategy into measurable results.

She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and has completed an Executive MBA at COTRUGLI Business School.
