Dr. Elma Ramić is a leader with a broad range of experience and interests. After graduating from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, she continued her studies in an MBA program in Taiwan. Recognizing the importance of connecting technology and business, she pursued and successfully completed a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management at one of Asia’s leading universities. In addition to several other languages, she is proficient in Chinese.

Following a career in marketing, including roles in the Zagreb offices of Unilever and Reckitt Benckiser, and her relocation to Asia, Elma has developed into a leader who strategically drives corporate transformation processes, with a focus on operational excellence and transformative leadership. She has a particular passion for working with interdisciplinary and multicultural teams and developing organizations.

Elma has developed and managed R&D processes, established supply and production systems in the Far East, and secured strategic collaborations with leading high-tech suppliers for multiple hardware start-ups. She strategically transformed Bellabeat’s team, development, and production processes, ensuring effective collaboration and outstanding results for distributed teams across Europe, the USA, and Asia.

Equipped with additional expertise in transformational management, executive coaching, and team coaching, Elma is a PhD-holder and C-level professional and strategic manager committed to valuing every individual within an organization, empowering people, developing transformational leadership, and enhancing the awareness and competencies of employees and leaders.

Following her passion for empowering individuals and her commitment to strategic and operational excellence, Elma co-created and implemented the Lead.You Mentoring Program with her team, which in its first cycle brought together 110 women on a journey of support and excellence.
