Born in Istria, Egle Katunar moved to Vrbnik for love and discovered a passion for wine and wine culture. Egle added to a rich family history of wine production by offering a new tourist experience – guided wine tastings, with an emphasis on autochthonous varieties, through which guests are introduced to the world of Vrbnik’s winemaking and viticulture. Along with a cellar tour, Egle introduces her guests to the production process (‘from  grape to the table’) and the tradition of the Katunar family.
