Dunja Šimunić Mehdin

Dunja Šimunić Mehdin is a legal professional with extensive experience in legal affairs and human resources management.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb, passed the bar exam, and earned an MBA from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Zagreb. She is currently the Legal and Compliance Director at Spar Croatia, with over 20 years of experience. Previously, she served as the Director of Legal and Security Services at Coca-Cola HBC Adria, where she was responsible for implementing business strategies in legal and security affairs across Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Slovenia. Before joining Coca-Cola HBC Adria in 2018, she held various key positions in legal affairs at Agrokor d.d. and was a member of several supervisory boards within the Agrokor Group.

She is the President of the Competition Protection Commission at ICC Croatia within the Croatian Chamber of Commerce (HGK) and a member of the Competition Committee at the Business and Industry Advisory Committee (BIAC) to the OECD.

In addition, Dunja is actively involved as a mentor in various mentorship programs, helping mentees develop confidence and professional skills. This year, as part of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, she is also a lecturer at the Future Management Academy, dedicated to women advancing in their careers.
