Born on August 8, 1977, in Osijek, Ana Soldo graduated in Financial Management from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Osijek.

She started her career in the paper and cardboard industry in 2001 at Belišće d.d. in Belišće, where she oversaw the commercial affairs of the Belišće Group. Following the 2012 acquisition by the Duropack Group, she played a crucial role in successfully restructuring and reorganizing the operations of the then 126-year-old company, which boasted a rich industrial culture and a long tradition, as a member of the company’s management.

With her responsible and professional leadership, Ana garnered significant industry awards and accolades for successful business operations. These include the award for the most successful company in the category of large enterprises in the Osijek-Baranja County – 4 Golden Kuna and Crystal Kuna, 4 Golden Keys for being the largest exporter to Serbia and Hungary, the City of Belišće Award for the improvement of the economy in Belišće, and the Manager of the Year award in the category of foreign companies.

Currently serving as the Subregional Executive Director within the DS Smith Group, Ana is responsible for the operations of all its packaging factories in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia, and Hungary.

She is committed to creating quality interpersonal relationships in a healthy work environment, fostering teamwork, and developing the potential of each individual. Her ultimate goal is to establish a long-term sustainable organization with motivated employees, satisfied business partners, owners, and shareholders.

Ana is also actively engaged in socially responsible organizations. She holds the position of president at the Croatian Association of Managers and Entrepreneurs (HUM-CROMA), is a member of the Economic Council of the Croatian Chamber of Economy in the Osijek-Baranja County, and serves on the Management Board of the Croatian Exporters Association and HRPSOR.
