Dalila Lakomica

Dalila Lakomica is an entrepreneur in the hospitality industry based in Sarajevo. She initially gained years of experience working in renowned international organizations in the field of public relations and communications. Over the past 20 years, she has built extensive expertise in the hospitality sector through her own business, managing the kitchen at a private Montessori school, as well as conducting individual vegan cooking workshops and preparing healthy meals for retreat events. She believes her mission is to create a multidimensional educational environment for hospitality staff that equally fosters professional and personal development. Dalila is also actively engaged in charitable work on a platform promoting non-violence—through words, thoughts, and actions.
