Ankica Kruljac

Born in 1971. in Rijeka, graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Rijeka, majoring in Business Informatics, and in 2010 she completed the post-graduate scientific studies in management, finance module and obtained the academic degree of Master of Science. In 2008, at the Faculty of Economics in Split and the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, she completed the Corporate Governance program for members of supervisory and management boards.

After graduating from university, she gained his first managerial work experience as early as 1998 as the head of accounting at Tiha d.d. from Šilo. After 6 years of work experience in finance and accounting, in 2006 she became a member of the Jadran d.d. Management Board in charge of the finance, accounting and IT sector. In the middle of 2008, she assumed the position of a member of the Board of Directors in Dina petrokemija d.d. from Omišalj, where she was also in charge of the finance, accounting and IT sectors.

After a year, she transfered to Novi list d.d. and assumed the function of executive director for finance and accounting. She assumed the position of President of the Management Board in 2017. In her first mandate, which lasted 5 years, she carried out the restructuring of the company and together with her team closed the pre-bankruptcy settlement, settling all debts. In the new five-year mandate, the goal is to modernize operations and investment cycles in production and digitization of the Company.
