Ana Vukšić

Ana Vukšić is a member of the Management Board and CFO at Span, one of Croatia’s largest IT companies. She has over 18 years of experience in finance, with her greatest strengths lying in deep expertise in accounting, controlling, treasury, risk management, and tax matters. Ana joined Span in 2020 as Finance Director. Leveraging her extensive experience and knowledge, she has played a key role in developing new policies and procedures, and was an essential member of the team behind Span’s IPO on the Zagreb Stock Exchange in 2021, as well as the issuance of Span’s first sustainability-linked bond in 2025.
