Alma Krpan

Alma Krpan began her professional career in accounting and later moved into banking, specializing in credit risk management. During her time in banking, she worked on financial statement analysis, financial planning and budgeting, cash flow projections, liquidity management, investment project evaluation, and determining credit ratings for small, medium, large, and multinational companies across various industries.

For the past eleven years, she has led a team of analysts, reviewing their work and providing daily support. Her experience in banking has given her a deep understanding of corporate finance, investment structuring, risk management, balance sheet optimization, working capital and liquidity management, as well as the application of appropriate financial instruments.

Alma has designed and delivered over thirty internal professional training sessions focused on reading and analyzing financial statements, preparing business plans, and with a special emphasis on cash flow. She holds a degree in economics and has continuously enhanced her expertise through numerous professional courses in banking and financial analysis. In 2023, she earned a Controlling Academy Certificate from Munich, in collaboration with Kontroling Kognosko Zagreb.

Alma places a strong emphasis on connecting financial numbers to real business life, often describing her role as a “translator between the numbers and real-world operations.”
