Aida Riđanović
Aida Ridanovic is an international organizational development and strategic communications consultant with 20+ years of experience advising senior leaders through growth, change, and reputational complexity. Her work sits at the intersection of leadership counsel, organizational culture, and external affairs, supporting organizations to clarify strategy, strengthen credibility, and build partnerships across government, academia, think tanks, and media.
Aida has led cross-cultural teams and global projects across the US, the EU, and the Middle East, including communications restructures, stakeholder engagement strategies, and organization-wide transitions. Earlier in her career, she also produced political TV debates for BBC World News and DW.
She holds an MA in Political Science and a BA in International Affairs from the University of Colorado Denver, and a Public Leadership Credential from Harvard Kennedy School.
