Women Changing Croatia

Although women represent a strong and vital part of our society, they still face inequalities — from wage and pension gaps to underrepresentation in leadership positions. These challenges were precisely the reason why Večernji list launched the project Women Changing Croatia — to open space for dialogue, offer solutions, and actively support women in their professional ambitions. In this panel discussion, we will meet four strong and inspiring women, this year’s recipients of the Women Changing Croatia award — a recognition that celebrates the strength, dedication, and outstanding achievements of those who push boundaries and open new paths across different industries.

Through their examples, Dora, Ines, Ivana, and Jovana demonstrate that vision, courage, and self-belief have the power to drive real and lasting change.
