Skillful Leadership (of Yourself and Others)
How do we stay present, engaged, and connected—with ourselves and with others—in a time of overload, pressure, and constant evaluation? This is the central question explored in this panel. Rather than focusing on traditional leadership models, the discussion highlights inner availability as a prerequisite for healthy decision-making, relationships, and collaboration.
Building on the concept of Upwilling, developed by moderator Iva Biondić, which connects mind, body, and meaning through emotional, cultural, positive, communication, and collaborative intelligence, the panel opens a conversation about leadership that is not simply “managed,” but lived. A space where disagreement is possible without breaking relationships, learning can happen without humiliation, engagement without burnout—and collaboration without fear or dominance.
This is not a panel about becoming faster, better, or more resilient, but about remaining human, present, and in genuine contact—with ourselves and with others.
