PANEL DISCUSSION: Stand Up Against Street Harassment powered by L’Oréal Paris

Stand Up Against Street Harassment, a program initiated by L’Oréal Paris in partnership with the SOLIDARNA Foundation, invites you to join the fight against street harassment. What would you do if you witnessed harassment on the street? Look the other way? Keep walking? Or would you take action? Too many women experience uncomfortable and frightening situations in public spaces every day, while society often remains silent. It’s time to stop ignoring the problem and start taking action. In this panel, supported by the L’Oréal Paris Stand Up program and the SOLIDARNA Foundation, we will discuss how to recognize harassment, how to respond as a bystander, and how to support those who experience it. We will also address an important question—what happens next? How can someone cope with the experience of harassment, who can they turn to, and how can they regain their sense of security and strength? Through discussions with activists, experts, and program ambassadors, we will explore concrete solutions and steps toward a society where no one has to feel afraid while walking down the street.
