“Every month, the female body prepares to create a new half of a human being…”
This simple and warm explanation opens an educational workshop about the first menstruation—and those that follow—designed for primary school students, girls and boys alike. In a safe and supportive environment, under the expert guidance of Dr. Petra Kejla, we explain the changes that come with growing up: what menstruation is, why it happens, and how to prepare for it.
The workshop normalizes menstruation and encourages open conversation, breaks taboos and fears, and helps build understanding, self-confidence, and respect for one’s own body and the bodies of others.
