The panel “Grow faster. Act bolder. Enjoy more. With a mentor, you’re not alone.” will focus on the importance of mentoring relationships in professional and personal development. We will explore how the structured mentoring program by Lead.You and timely support can contribute to skill development, confidence, and stepping out of comfort zones, as well as how such programs can create new opportunities for women at different stages of their careers – from student days to mid- and senior-level professional roles. Joining the panel will be Elma and Nadja, creators of the mentoring program that in its first cycle engaged 110 women, formed 67 mentor-mentee pairs, and received over 150 mentee applications, along with Vedrana and Jovana, participating in the program as mentor and mentee.

The panel will provide practical insights on how to approach a mentoring relationship, make it functional and valuable for all participants, and how mentoring strengthens community and networking within professional and social circles.
